Caleb Davis, LMT, PTA, CPT

Caleb Davis, a Savannah native, resides in Richmond Hill with his wife Laura and children, Liam and Olivia. Since 2011, Caleb has attained multiple licensures and certifications in massage, orthopedic manual therapy, personal training, and physical therapy. With years of experience and extensive training in a variety of fields, Caleb has developed a truly unique corrective bodywork approach. Caleb believes that the human body is at its healthiest when it can move well and move often. He is currently developing a curriculum to teach and certify other therapists in his innovative “Neuropedic Massage” techniques.
Ian Murray, Breathwork Facilitator
Ian Murray, Army Veteran, is originally from upstate New York, and moved to Richmond Hill in 2023 to be closer with family. Being introduced to breathwork at the age of 7, Ian has used utilized breath techniques throughout his life to manage his own physical and emotional wellbeing. In 2024, Ian was invited to attend the Center of Grace Holistic Wellness & Retreat Center’s Body Breath Connection Leadership Program where he earned his certification to facilitate, teach, coach, and lead community members in the transformative practices of breathwork. Ian created his own practice, Rooted Grace, making it his mission to help others discover the power of breath. Breathwork isn’t just a technique; it’s a profound tool for mental, emotional, and physical healing.
Ann Hanks, Yoga, Marma, and Ayurvedic Specialist
Ann Hanks, certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT), brings thousands of hours of teaching experience to her practice. Originally introduced to yoga to help manage stress and anxiety, Ann quickly realized the transformative effects the practice had on her mind and body. As yoga became a daily discipline, she noticed profound changes—calmer thoughts, stronger posture, steadier emotions—and soon, so did everyone around her.
Ann completed her initial 200-hour teacher training in Savannah in 2011, followed by an advanced 500-hour program in Asheville, NC. She has also studied under notable educators including Doug Keller (Yoga as Therapy), Elise Browning Miller (Yoga for Scoliosis), and Dr. Loren Fishman (Yoga for Osteoporosis and Back Pain). In addition to her yoga therapy expertise, Ann has completed 300 hours of training in Ayurveda and Marma therapy and now serves as an Ayurvedic life coach, offering guidance in nutrition and lifestyle for holistic well-being.
Known for her welcoming presence, Ann has a gift for making beginners feel at ease while also challenging experienced practitioners. Whether working with those new to the mat or seasoned yogis, she is passionate about helping others discover the deep healing potential of yoga and Ayurveda.
